Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable charges. Payment is required at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every product sold by Maison Mashiyat is guaranteed to be an authentic original sourced directly from verified Pakistani and Indian suppliers. We carry no replicas or imitations.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items that are defective or significantly different from the product description. Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
