Our Commitment

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure all items are in perfect condition and that every piece mentioned in the product details is included before dispatch.

Returns

Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt.

• You must open the package in front of the delivery person and record a clear unboxing video at that time.
• No claims will be accepted after the delivery person has left without proper video proof.
• Delivery charges for returns are to be borne by the customer.
• Items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability. The customer is required to bear the delivery charges for the exchange.
